In my mind I rule the world. I crash landed here in this place and I will take it over. Like a hostile take over. I can see it now. Flames and burning bodies all around me. I think I would sincerely enjoy the smell of burning flesh around me. Much better than the stench of rotting bodies. But back to business. I got big plans. Big plans for this place. I'll mark my name down in history. You'll see. All I need are faithful followers and those that want the same thing as me. Now, I just need to find them.
Imprints in the soft, moist earth followed her as she glided over the ground. Fo her size she was suprisingly lithe. But perhaps that just came with being a female. Mania stopped in her tracks under the shade of a massive leafed plant. Nearly her entire body fit under this palm like plant. Her head rose between the leaves and was engulfed with light. Her silvery coat stood out in the green, her eyes scanned the perimeter as her ears twitched this way and that. Much like the brightly colored butterflies that fluttered in the canopy and forest floor, sucking sweet nectar from the tropical plants, she had fake eyes on the back of her dark grey/black ears. White dots with bright green in the middle. As if to alarm preditors. But in her case, what could really eat her? She ducked her feminine face down and trudged on. She pushed off into a brisk trot. The humidity binding around her. Her pink tongue lolled out of her mouth and bounced as she trotted on. Until she came her a little stream. Barely five feet across. She could see the the bottom, thankfully. Hesitantly, she stepped on foot in at a time until al four legs were in the water. Her head lowered and her eyes closed as she began to lap up the water. Her ears still swivled around trying to listen for any thing that might attempt to sneak up on her.

CRASH & BURN~
Eh, well this place is surely jumping. With sweet, honey low octaves, a wolf of red popped from behind the bushes. And in his observations were correct. Fireflies bounced above his head, little twinkling lights that didn't seem to care about the time of day. You gotta admire them skills. Echoed another voice, bouncing off the trees and flying past the bushes.
A mirror image of the first wolf appeared with a cocky smirk on his face, light and laughter twinkling in his eyes. They crowed with out words at one another, before rushing to meet at the middle, as they immediately turned to walk together. In synchronazation, they moved, heads bobbing to a tune that the twins themselves seemed to hear.
I tell you, brother, as much as this place is purty and everythin', it ain't that exciting. Crash spoke with and watched as his brother, or Burn as he liked to be known as, nodded in agreement. Mayhaps, we try to disturb somethin'? I hear them creatures are truly terrible. A smirk on his face and Crash wiggled his ears with excitement before the two halted at the exact same moment, before one looked below and the other looked above. An almost comical act, as each continued to look in the direction the other had just previously looked.
When it came clear, that nothing if any excitement was near them, the two sighed, as their bodies drooped, wilting like flowers. For a moment, they said nothing before Crash spoke up. Tis' be a waste of our time if we don't find somethin' of interest. And Burn nodded before swiveling ears and identical eyes came across a small river, not even a river. A stream. A trickle of water. They frowned, after all, streams weren't exciting. Another identical sigh before two pairs of eyes turned to see.. a wolf. Raised eyebrows and frowns turned to smiles, that they crowed with happiness. Well 'ello there mate! Their voices matched one another, as the voices raised and lowered together, a lifetime of being together allowing them to match one another.
With that facade You can do no wrong Many will enter but few will win So please be sure to read the fine print

As of right now. I have nothing to say to you, my mind. Well actualy I am speaking to you now so let me just tell you. I am going to not let you take over for a while. No, no, NO. FUCK YOU. Yes, oh no.. don't run away. You know I was only toying with you, my sweet brilliance. Come back. Yes, yes. Crawl into my arms. Don't ever pretend to leave me again. I am sorry I am so mean to you sometimes. You know it's only me being.. me. Please forgive me. Love me? Yes. Thank you my love. Shhh, don't weep. I will let you have your time. I promise I am not hiding you behind my selfishness. I love you, How could I do such a thing like that. Now hush and lay your head on my shoulder. It's time to sleep, my sweet. And it's time for me to play.
Mania's ringed racoon tail flicked back at forth as she drank. Her ears flicked back as words were spoken. The fact that she had been snuck up on startled her enough for a sharp intake of air in which we all call a gasp, came from her mouth. She lifted her head and looked at the duo. They looked so alike. Her green and grey racooned tail flicked around as she twisted her feminine-shaped to face the pair. Her foot falls were delicate, which did not cause the water to splash much as she just slide her paws into it. She faced them from the water line and tilted her face to the right. Her eyes closed and opened and a strange little sparkle filled them. Maybe it was just the light from the canopy hitting them. Or maybe it was something deeper. But perhaps before the blank, cynical stare could become uncomfortable a sly smile grew on her black lips. She blinked slowly as she scanned the two with her eyes. Her nose twitched as she tried to pick up their scent to be never forgotten in her brain. "Hello there, Chaps."

CRASH & BURN!
She certainly was an odd creature wasn't she? Grey and green, stripes like that of an ordinary raccoon. Although handsome, the two were simple with red coats and ordinary teal markings. Plain they looked next to her. Well, only in appearence. They doubted she had ever met anyone as handsome, brilliantly complexed as the twins.
They took a few steps into the stream, sashaying with smiles on their faces. Jus' love ya fur, lass. Indeed, the green just works wonders. They nodded with agreement, tails moving like mini metronomes.
Do pardon us, but allow us to introduce ourselves. That be me brother, Crash. Indeedy do, and that handsome feller right next to me is Burn. They posed with identical smirks on their faces, poses exact and correct, similiarities that make you doubt if the two were illusions. But no, they had four years to practice and perfect one another's movements. Not only movements but voice and appearence. Any scars, defects they had to be identical. After all, it was only by sheer luck that the two were born with identical markings on his face.
Perhaps, just perhaps, it was that reason that they were cowards. Fear that any incident would not only hurt one another but their reputation. Thier personalities, their names, all relied on being two parts of one being. A scar, a bad injury would do that. Erase their identies. It's not to say that if one got injured the other wouldn't, but surely trying to copy an injury is easier said than done.
Care to introduce yourself? Yes, espicially as two fine gentlemen, that t'would be us, took the time to introduce themselves. Their sentences ran together smoothly as though they had planned before meeting the female, despite Burn's interruption.
We keep ourselves a mystery But we provide the clues So the rest is up to you and don't forget to check the obvious

I wonder what people would do if there was two of me. I know it wouldn't end well. They world would probably blow up just at having the two of us on it. But as I look at these to fellows I can't help but miss my brother, Hextor. He is three years my senior. Though, we are like two pees in a pod. Or like momma liked to say, peas and carrots. I can't help but smile, when I think of him. So much we've been through. Fighting over big bad papa, to bringing him back, to me running away and doing awful things to our beloved father, and him having to take care of me when I came home. Then me helping him take over his empire. Oh it was beautiful times. Oh but I suppose it was good I left his side. I needed to branch out. Take over some things. Kill a few people. You know. The normal stuff.
Mania's acidic green/yellow eyes narrowed and widened and her smile grew on one side. Oh complements? Showered upon Mania. Mania Inkwell. Well, this was new. But what could you do? "Why thank you, you both are quite.." She paused looking for the word in her intricate mind, "dashing." She spoke in her femininey rough tones. Her voice was something that of interest. It was rough but smoothe like melted chocolate. It was the kind of voice like your first teenage crush when it hits you. You just melt. But at the same time this is a savage tail trailing every word. Something sinister and cold. Something.. something of a monstrosity.
The female let her smirk grow a bit as the introduced themselves. How cute it was. Truely. They were like.. identical things. Well clearly they were twins but they spoke at the same time. And finished one anothers sentances. It was nice, but she could she herelf growing annoyed. But for the time being, it was nice. After being starved of companionship for so long, it was nice. Nice. Not a word Mania could be described as very much however. She stepped back, deeper into the water. And straightened her head, as she began to speak. "The name's Mania Inkwell."

CRASH AND BURN!
Dashing? That was it? Dashing? They frowned. They were far from dashing. They were mesmeric, captivating. Dapper and tantalizing. Dashing would not do. It was an insult. So perhaps they were bright lime green with ivory spikes on their muzzles and they both hated their rather plain looking brown eyes, the 'ho-hum' plainness that came with it, but really? Dashing? They would get a better compliment out of here if they had to strangle it from her.
But they didn't show their disposition. They chuckled with their sweet, low octaves. Ey, thank ya miss. Burn spoke, speaking on his brother's behalf and his own, as Crash looked at Mania, identical smile that was on his twin's yet his mind burned with though. Mania. That was a letter short of being Maniac. Burn had to be thinking the same thing as the made swift eye contact before the two stretched, visibly relaxed. After all, the best part of the game was the poker faces, they were the best of the best.
It had occurred to them that Sentenia wasn't the sanest of places, where psychopaths and other weirdos roamed. Of course, the fire starters couldn't be unlisted, for their own sanity relied on the betrayal of other people. But they had to be careful with the bonds they cut. After all, Betrayal often did that. Betray the betrayer. But compared to murderers and the schizos, they were normal, and original if you thought about it. After all, evil crazy wolves? So over done.
What brings you here, Miss Mania? Crash drawled, taking over the speaking part of the couple. Yes, we ourselves are on an adventure, searching for a wild animal of great proportions and strength for the two of us to tame. And the two flexed their muscles, for they were swift and strong and the day, although taking a turn for the better would soon be dastardly boring.
With that facade You can do no wrong Many will enter but few will win So please be sure to read the fine print

All in this places beauty. Behind the bright pink flowers and the orange orchids and the bright yellow and green plants. Hides the shadows and monsters of nightmares. The kind of creatures that hide and take shelter in the back of your mind. In the spider webs and dark, forgotten corners. But as you close your eyes, they begin to swirl their magic on your cerabellum. As your dreamscape developes they creep like grim reaper's around it. Glowing eyes watching from the outlands of your mind. Waiting for the perfect moment to twist your dream into the nightmare that will make you awake screaming. Oh but not so fast, beautiful. When they attack everything goes so sour, toxic waste coudln't keep up. You sit up, covered in sweat. But it ain't over yet. There is flesh burning, you can smell it in the air. Still dancing with your demons? Please, let's go. Just stand in line as they ink numbers into your head, because you'll be a slave til the end of time. Your a victim of your own creation. This grim reaper of a monster, that is what creeps in this place. And in fact, your looking at one of the worst. Yes, take it in. How does it make you feel to know your pain is what I desire?
Mania nodded to the pair and studied them as they looked at one another. Her lips formed a frown. What were they thinking? It was clear by her name they seemed momentarily alarmed. But then they stretch and show visable relaxation. but does that really mean they were calm? If they were, it was a bad choice. Never let your guard down around this female. Never. Her mind was brought back when Crash began to mumble on about something or another. Mania's eyes twitched as she looked at him and regained her attentions. "Considering this is my home, I am just enjoying it. Eh," She said smoothely. Her eyes ran from one to the other very slowly. Almost like a preditor. But then Burn began to speak of some monster. A small smile curved on her lips. A monster? Here? Well she had yet to see it. "I haven't seen one. Perhaps I am not looking in the right places, though. What is your intensions in killing this.. monster?"

Mythium Saiiv She'd traveled through snow a day before, sand a day before that. She felt like she'd crossed the world in a night, although she knew she'd only covered nearly an eighth, if not a little more. She'd met no one on her travels and had quite enjoyed the peace and quiet. Her eyes were narrowed now like they had been for a while, her mind as pensive as ever. It was now that she did her best thinking, when she was alone. She had always seen her mind as her biggest weapon, although no one could argue her claws and teeth were second best. She wasn't large for a female wolf and she wasn't particularly lithe either. She was solid and agile and that suited her fine.
Crack... Mythium's ears swiveled, but no other part of her. She sniffed without making a sound, without moving her nostrils. Her fur, brown and black with golden and red hues along her back, nearly blended into the trees she stood beside. Her camoflauge wasn't complete though, unfortunately. The right side of her body turned from fur to scales, much like a lizard, a brown toned curse she had hated from birth. It did hide her against the tree quite well, but in other instances it was almost a magnet: the scales gave off a prey smell and she'd been chased by large predators before they realized what she was.
Her ears perked and her eyes looking about she drew another breath, aware that her prey was merely behind the bushes in front of her. She took a silent pawstep forward, dipping her neck so she could stay beneath the bushline in front of her. This would be almost too easy, as there was no air current to give her away accidentally. It was merely her and this, what she thought was a deer, in front of her.
Another silent pawstep forward and she was nearly at the bushes, her heart rate increasing at the thought of tearing into her prey, that carnal feeling as she ripped flesh from bones. That was her one and only true high anymore. And not just with food, either.
She dug her back paws in and jumped, squeezing her shoulder blades together as she lifted her paws over the bushes, landing just a little ways away from a large doe. She looked incredibely healthy, although Mythium didn't mind. She did mind her miscalculation though, and off the deer went without even a squeak. /Damn.../ She thought to herself as she took off after it, her back paws taking place of her front paws in a continuous cycle, getting closer and closer to her prey...
Suddenly a wave of offensive stench entered her nostrils and she balked, digging her heels in as the deer took off to her left into a bunch of trees she didn't dare follow in. Wolves... Two of them. Or.. She couldn't weed out the individual smells, one in particular was very strong. But it wasn't just a wolf smell, no... It was almost...
Unearthly.
Peering over the undergrowth ahead she could suddenly smell water. A stream or something. But she was ever curious about these wolves. Who would be congregating in a forest like this. Who even congregated anymore? She'd met more loners than packs lately. In fact, she'd almost come to think there were no packs here at the moment. She'd often thought of starting on up herself, but she didn't know any other wolves.
That wasn't the point. She crept up to the bushes, sticking her nose into the soft leaves so she could draw in another breath. It smelt like an open clearing, sort of. She couldn't see really, so she stayed where she was, hoping to catch part of their conversation so she could judge their distances.

CRASH & BURN!
Home?Oh, that was right. Some wolves actually had homes. Places they went where the going got tough. Although, the two had no recollection of a pack here in Saltus, she was living alone. Home? The twins didn't have a home. Well, once upon a time they did, like most wolves did. A mother, a father. Uncle and Aunt, and an older brother. Not even their own relatives could tell them apart. But they did what they always did when they found themselves bonded to someone else other than themselves. They betrayed them.
Ah, but the past is the past. They couldn't go fixing it, not that they wanted to anyway. Ah, I suppose it's a nice place ta live. Crash said with a shrug. Burn nodded. It had good shelter with all the trees, and the birds with their constant chirping provided themselves as an alarm for predators and time of day. They didn't have a home, traveling from one place to another. Never staying too long, and if they did, you could expect a plan of some sorts.
Once Mania had finished, the two grinned. Ain't you ever wanted to be a legacy? Your own story to be passed down, from father to son, brother to brother. If conquering a great beast would get us up a ring, we'd love to.. eh.. conquer it. They nodded, knowing that it was what they wanted. A story of their own. But being known as beast-killers? Such stories trailing behind them like pawsteps in the sands, would make it easier to weave themselves into the rankings of a pack.
Ya sure you don't know any legends that surround this place? Two voices that wrapped, intwined themselves together to make one voice. Creepy to some people, but the two loved it. All part of the master plan to remain as one. And then Burn's nose twitched and Crash looked at Burn and Burn looked at Crash. There they go again, communicating in the language they seemed to understand, them and them alone. Of course, if someone with watchful eyes and patience, they could take the body language and eyes movements, tail twitches and shoulder shrugging could figure it out. And what were they taking about? How something had appeared in the air, it was strange and silent. Almost went completely under their noses. Some strange scent.
Yet the two pushed it away, with an eyebrow raise, a right flick of the tail. Another observer, well that wouldn't do. Perhaps they would need to take some action, if this day were to be exciting and memorable.
We keep ourselves a mystery But we provide the clues So the rest is up to you and don't forget to check the obvious

Storie of Legends have never been my cup of tea. For, as you see, I couldn't give a damn if you were the God of Everything, in my eyes, your nothing until you earn my respect. But to have stories of yourself is nice, I would suppose. I have a few of my own. I am not going to brag. Oh Hell, who am I kidding? If killing your own father isn't enough to get yourself some sort of story then I don't know what is. But then again, I had stories before that. Of this rogue character traveling around, causing destruction. Description: large, much too large for a female, gray, poisionous eyes, distinct markings around legs, tail, and her ears have eyes on the back, and the mind is off. Very much so off. But their description is completely right. They forgot to mention my love of the hunt, however. No matter. Anyone that is anyone would know about that. I don't mind being a monster. I like the fear in people's eyes when they see my true power. It is quite alright. But all this venturing by my lonesome has caused me to miss the company of others. Fo the long run. As in a pack. I suppose it is good that I have started this thing. We shall see.
Mania nodded nonchilantly. As she went dep in thought for a good long time. Thinking abotu her family. Her mother was finally free of her tyrannically mad father. It was a shame she thought so highly of the madman. A damn shame. But he was her father, and she had been his favorite child. But no matter, he became a bother. And her beloved elder brother was somewhere. Somewhere around. She wondered if she would be making a trip to find him. No, that could not happen. She couldn't leave the pack lands open. She inhaled and the oxygen heated her nasal passages. The scent of humid dirt and plants filled her nose. And she closed her eyes. For ome strange reason it calmed her. The smell of earth.
The gray lady opened her eyes in time for the two to exhange their mischevious smiles. She listened to their words and a smirk grew on her face. She let her infamous chessire grin grow on her face. And a cruel chuckle exploded from her. "I already have my own stories." She said, the duo amused her. Perhaps keeping them around wasn't a bad idea. "Only that under the beauty, hides ugly creatures. Monsters. You know. The things of nightmares. They hide in the heart of the forest. In the darkest corners." She frowned and let her tone grow haunting as she spoke. But then something grabbed her attention.
She watced the head of a large doe dash passed over the brush. She narrowed her eyes and stepped forwards onto the bank of the stream. Nothing would just make the deer run, only if it was frightened. Mania's ears shot forwards after it and listened for anything else. Her nose tilted up and she breathed in closing her eyes. Her chest and sides expanded. Spices and scents swirled in her nostrils. The gray female, exhaled and inhaled again. Exhaling scents that didn't matter, for she caught something different. Something out of place. The stench of another wolf. It had been faint, but as she inhaled it was thick and heavy. It was as if it was standing right on top of her. Mania opened her eyes and looked down. Her black lips began to twitch and her head lowered. Her hackles raised, which caused the thick hair on her neck to raise, and the long hair on her back to raise. Making her look rapturous. Her black lips flipped up as a guttural snarl erupted from her. Her ears flipped back into her neck. The dots on the back showing, looking like butterfly eyes. Mania's narrowed, poisonous eyes searched the area. "Show yourself." Her voice was not angry. Nothing of the sort. But it wasn't a request. It was a demand.

Mythium stayed as still as she listened, not moving a muscle, literally. She closed her eyes so they couldn't hear her eyelashes flutter, and raised her toes so her nails didn't make any sound against the ground beneath them. She could hear two voices. No wait... Make that three, there were two males, not just one. Tricky bastards, she wouldn't have been able to tell them apart if they hadn't spoken together. She was intrigued, these wolves were talking of legends. She'd heard many legends about this place, stories, haunts and the like. She knew some from her old days, some from her new, and she was sure there'd be many more of them to come in the future. She'd heard tales of wolves as well, famous wolves, crazy wolves. Even the strongest wolves who'd ever roamed this world.
But they weren't talking about the forest at the moment. They were talking about themselves. They didn't have to say it for her to understand their meaning, she could almost guess their facial expressions as well. Something about the boys words made her sniff once, they had cunning tones to their voices, a manipulative air to their words. She wanted to meet them, they sounded so appealing.
But the female was full of confidence and strength, her voice drew Mythium in as much, if not more. She could feel herself wanting to take a step forward so she could see them. She wasn't afraid.
Suddenly it went quiet and she opened her eyes, aware that their conversation stopping meant something was up. What had alerted them?
/Show yourself./ Mythium kept her expression blank and stepped out from the bushes, her chin raised, but not too high, and her eyes not caring if they met anyone elses in a challenge. She gazed at them all cooly, stepping in between the brothers and Mania, and perked her ears, sitting down calmly in front of the bushes. She sniffed them once from her position and then licked her lips nonchalantly, tilting her head at Crash and Burn.
"Kind of an odd place for a meeting." She observed with a shiver of her shoulders, the thick fur on her left shaking, the right side merely cinching and moving.

CRASH &. BURN
Oh did she now? Now that was some interesting little tid-bit of information. Oh really? I don't mean ta be rude, but if ya already got stories about yo'self then how come we have neva' 'eard of ya 'til now? Crash asked politely. The whole point of a legend was to be known throughout history, so although when age crippled and blinded them and they entered Death's arms, that not even Death or Time could stop them from being remembered. The ultimiate goal. The true way of being immortal, not through magic or mutant, but being remembered and passed through generation, through generation. Pity the wolves who didn't catch on sooner.
Burn nodded, flicking his ears, seemingly focused on the strange, hauntingly and soon the twins thought, unstable, but both minds were able to multi-task and Burn focused some of that beautiful big brain of his to the stranger that peeped upon them without the decency of introducing themselves. So when Mania took charge, they let her with calm, rather expressionless faces, which was first as the plain looking stranger appeared.
They cocked their heads to look at the female before they tsked under their breath. I am absolutely amazed brother, on how wolves these days seem to be lacking proper etiquette. Burn said with a low voice, shaking his head with shame, displeasure. A whole hullabaloo of words, just not enough time to go through them all. I know! And if they are indeed going to spy on us, which is a big no-no, Crash turned to look with stern look at the nameless stranger, who still had yet to introduce herself, They should at least try to disguise themselves more properly. Burn nodded in agreement. After all, it was pure luck that she stumbled upon this lovely trio instead of some dastardly, carnivirous creature. They nodded, ending their two sided conversation, which they had a habit of doing. Don't ask why.
Then they turned to look at the plain female, who really was plain. Plain brown coat, dull colored eyes. THEY had red coats that glistened like fire with teal marks that accented their lovely eyes. They were like two birds, always pecking away. They still waited expectantly for a name or at least a greeting. And they do mean etiquiette! Did anybody know the proper details of mantaining a good conversation? Already, it was wilting away like a flower in the hot summer sun. They rolled their eyes before sighing. If we must take the first step, then we must. For the good of this conversation. Just as quickly as their voices intertwined like a flowing river, they seprated the flow to speak as two different halves. I am Burn And I am Crash.. And apparently you haven't heard lady, that abnormality is the new normality. And they lifted their heads and laughed, and although they had just introduced themselves, it was impossible to tell them apart.
With that facade You can do no wrong Many will enter but few will win So please be sure to read the fine print

Manners? Ettiquette? Could anyone truely know the meaning of such words anymore? No, why manners were lost a long time ago. I lost them when I was born. Don't let my fool you. Beautiful? Possibly. Mannerly? No. Anything liek a Queen? Yes. Mary of England ring a bell to you. The Red Queen. Bloody Mary. She was crazy. But she had a brain tumor. She lost her husband and her only son. She was falling to her sister, she could not hold her position due to her simpling mind. She died. But that, that's where my tale begins. I am like Queen Mary, the Red Queen. I could be the Green Queen. The Green Queen because of my markings. Or perhaps the place I live in. But the Red Queen, for the blood I've spilt. Though, I don't need a nickname. Mania Inkwell is my proud name. My blood will continue to my children, and through them it shall never die. The blood that will be famous for many reasons. And I will never be forgotten.
Mania looked at the two males briskly, her eyes calmly gazing. No animosity towards them, as of yet. "Our pathes have never crossed, and I don't wander as much as I should have." She turned her feminine face back towards the brush. She also stepped back as she watched the brush begin to move and shake. From the brushing noise emerged a female. Brown and cream. Her ears pricked forwards and her head arose. Her hair went down, in a less threatening manner. Mania's brows raised, in a rather unenthused way. She listened to the female speak, and snorted. "What you find strange, is familiarity to others, Female." She said rather coldly. She stood tall, commanding her place as the Queen. Mania turned her attention back to Crash and Burn momentarily.
She noted the fact they began to have some conversation about manners and ettiquette. Mania flicked a ear back to them and a sly little grin grew on her lips and they openly insulted the strange in the nicest way possible. Her sleek gray hair geamed as a random patch of light brough through the canopy. Lighting up her back, giving her almost a halo of light. Mania tilted her ears back to this new female. "I am Mania Inkwell. Queen of Lux Umbra." She breathed out and breathed back in. These three were all lucky they caught her in a good mood.
